The Object
A miniature Christmas tree that sits on your table looking festive and innocent. Until someone lifts a branch and finds out it's a coaster. And then another. And another. The star on top? A stir stick holder. Nothing is decorative for the sake of it. The person who puts this out at a Christmas gathering is the person who thought of everything.
How It Works
Pine branch coasters stack onto the trunk in tiers, smallest on top, largest at the bottom, forming a full tree shape. Lift a branch off and place your mug on it. The flexible branches flatten under the weight of the cup and spring back when you pick it up. The star topper holds a stir stick.
