Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since all products are made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, your order may have already moved into production and cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email us at info@alreadyobjects.com with your order number.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, or style preference.
We do accept returns or replacements if the product arrives damaged or defective, or if the item received is incorrect (not what was ordered).
To qualify for a return: you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide clear photos or video of the issue, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, a full refund or replacement will be offered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Items that are not eligible for refund: customised products, gift cards, and items on clearance (unless damaged or defective).
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we cover return shipping. In other approved cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
